We work with the finest medical staff available, constructed of top the line doctors and health tourism professionals with at least 6 years of experience working in leading hospitals or health sector institutions. We make sure our guests have the best experience possible while seeking treatment in Turkey.

We also ensure the highest level of satisfaction through one simple differentiator: We represent the wellbeing and happiness of our guests, rather than the doctors or healthcare institutions. We ease the emotional stress of seeking medical assistance abroad by providing an exceptional level of service.

Before a guest’s trip even begins, we evaluate their personal situation and individual needs with our in-house medical staff and identify the best approach to treatment. During this discussion phase, a detailed care-plan is developed and shared with the guest. After ensuring mutual understanding, we make all the necessary arrangements with required healthcare professionals, informing them of the patient’s situation and important dates.

Upon their arrival in Turkey, our chauffeurs and translators welcome our guests in one of our eleven VIP Mercedes vehicles - each of which is equipped with a wheelchair, if required, and additional six directly wheelchair accessible vehicles are also available in our car park just in case. If immediate medical attention is required, we also have six ambulances available for use, and in time-critical circumstances we can also offer medically equipped aircraft and helicopters in means of air transport for our guest’s journey. Please note that an ambulance helicopter can only be provided for transport within Turkey.

Following the welcome phase, our guest is taken to one of our approved 4 or 5 star hotel for a calm, relaxing stay - conducive to wellness and recovery post-treatment. We offer hotels within Istanbul so our guests are free to enjoy the beautiful city, and we provide translators if required to ensure they get the most out of their time there.

When the time for treatment arrives, our guest and their translator are picked by one of our VIP vehicles and are transported to the healthcare facility. In this phase, our translators will remain with our guests at all times to ensure complete understanding of the medical professionals, and the process.

After any recovery period required, once our guests are able to travel, we arrange their transfer to the airport in our VIP vehicles, and they return to their homeland. Even at this point we continue to provide an advisory service, setting periodic visual Skype meetings with the doctors and medical staff that were involved in their treatment, in order to provide comprehensive follow-on care.
